By 2016, we’d spent most of our careers deep inside the machinery of digital advertising. We had done our time inside the agencies and ad networks, building SSPs and managing ad ops. What we saw, again and again, was the same story. Overpromised tech followed, invariably, by underdelivered outcome. There was a growing sense among publishers that they were ceding control of their own businesses to the walled gardens and a kafkaesque interconnection of ad tech vendors. So one evening, over pints in a London pub, we decided to build something different. What the industry needed was not another black-box vendor, but a proper platform. Built for publishers.

With a singular vision aligned to their goals, not ours. From day one, our focus has been clarity and control. We build to unlock a better way of working. Where we are now

Since that first conversation, we’ve grown from a 3-person team to a tight-knit, international company serving everyone from independent creators to major broadcast networks. We’re based in the UK and the USA, working as one tight-knit, distributed team. Everyone brings real-world experience from across the ad ecosystem: agencies, engineering, product, commercial, ops.

As Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, Antoine leads the product vision end to end, translating market insight into a powerful ad monetisation software suite for enterprise publishers. Entrepreneurial and action-driven, he owns strategy, roadmap, and execution, making complex problems simple and scalable. Having started Trade House Media early in his career after experience with boutique ad agencies and adtech leader Magnite, he brings the focus, coordination, and momentum.

Andrew is a co-founder with 15+ years working within the digital advertising industry in director roles for leading programmatic companies such as Adyoulike, RhythmOne, iProspect, Specific Media, Microsoft and Fox Networks Group. Andrew ensures programmatic supply chain transparency and optimal revenue and performance for 200+ global publishers; as well as overseeing advertiser demand. Andrew is one of the leading experts of programmatic and an early adopter of sellers.json and OpenRTB.
