Meeting the THM Gold Standard

Trade House Media’s
Publisher Onboarding Requirements

We aim to support publishers of all sizes but, in order to do so, we have to ensure we adhere to a strict criteria for allowing access to our platform.

This is not an exhaustive list and meeting all the below does not guarantee acceptance into our platform.

UNMATCHED EXPERTISE
FROM A TEAM YOU CAN COUNT ON

At THM, we’ve built our reputation on unmatched expertise from the technology, publisher and agency sides of ad tech. A holistic approach has been at our core since our inception.

We promise to become consultants you can count on. As a single partner for all facets of online advertising, we’ll support you at every level—advising, challenging, recommending, and delivering revenue that’s sustainable for years to come.

As a result, we go beyond monetisation to actively improve the lives of publishers, advertisers and readers.

SUSTAINABLE REVENUE
NOW AND IN THE FUTURE

We believe in forming relationships with publishers that have a proven commitment to quality and an authentic connection with their audience. We have outlined below our onboarding requirements, designed to ensure that our partners share our values, and are driven by the same commitment to quality and authenticity.

What does it take
to partner with THM?

Website Age of
12 Months or More

We value experience and stability.

New websites experiencing rapid traffic growth often signal nefarious traffic generating techniques.

Therefore, we require that publisher websites be operational for at least one year.

A Minimum of 500,000
Pageviews per Month

We are not an ad network. There are enough of them around and the world doesn’t need another low quality ad network siphoning your revenue whilst adding no value.

Rather, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional level of service and consultative support.

We can best deliver on this promise when partnering with websites that achieve at least half a million page views per month.

No Made-for-Advertising
(MFA) Websites

Websites that are built solely to divert programmatic advertising spend from legitimate independent publishers are not aligned with our business ethos.

We partner only with publishers who’s primary goal is to create value for readers and who contribute positively to the marketplace.

Long-Form, Engaging
Human-Created Content

The internet is an incredible place.

Empowered by human skills, knowledge, and personality.

We believe in rewarding website owners and content creators who celebrate this by crafting original and valuable content themselves, rather than relying on AI-generated material.

Majestic Trust Score
of at Least 10

As a security-conscious organisation, we understand the implications of a poor backlink profile.

In our experience, a Majestic Trust Score lower than 10 often correlates with questionable traffic generation practices.

As such, we require a minimum score of 10 for all potential publisher partners.

Majority Organic
Traffic

We understand that publishers may use paid strategies to drive traffic to their sites for a variety of legitimate reasons.

However, a website that relies predominantly on paid traffic often signals poor quality inventory.

We therefore insist on a majority share of organic traffic for our publisher partners.

Granting Read-Only
Access to Google Analytics

An essential part of establishing a partnership with Trade House Media involves sharing your site’s Google Analytics data with us.

As we strive to promote transparency and optimize campaign performance, having an accurate and comprehensive understanding of your website’s traffic is indispensable.

In good standing
with Google

Unlike ad networks, we operate independently of Google, building bespoke ad tech stacks for every publisher.

However, Google operates the largest advertising marketplace on the planet. Websites blacklisted by them won’t monetise effectively.

As such, publishers need to be in good standing with Google.
