Executive Director

Richard Cook is a co-founder of Trade House Media. He has over a decade of experience building and managing multi-million pound companies. As Executive Director at Trade House Media, Richard is responsible for building successful commercial relationships and working with both publishers and advertisers to provide lucrative advertising solutions and expert guidance. Richard has held director level roles at BT, IBM, Switch Concepts and Chalk Global and he is a heavy weight within the digital industry; with expert knowledge of programmatic advertising, digital transformation and technology implementation.

ANTOINE PILATE

Director of Operations

Antoine Pilate is a co-founder of Trade House Media. In his role as Director of Operations, Antoine leads the development of Trade House Media’s best-in-class programmatic trading tools, including their bespoke database, analytics suite and ad server. Antoine manages a team of ad operations specialists and provides big data analysis and insights to publishers. Before co-founding Trade House Media, Antoine held senior operations positions within ad tech and agency world.

ANDREW MORGAN

Director

Andrew Morgan is a co-founder of Trade House Media and has spent the last 15+ years working within the digital advertising industry in director roles for leading programmatic companies such as Adyoulike, RhythmOne, iProspect, Specific Media, Microsoft and Fox Networks Group. Andrew is Director at Trade House Media and ensures programmatic supply chain transparency and optimal revenue and performance for 200+ global publishers; as well as overseeing advertiser demand across their inventory. Andrew is one of the leading experts of programmatic and an early adopter of positive industry initiatives such as sellers.json and OpenRTB.
